Ya ay quejas ante todas las instituciones reguladoras que compete y me da gusto decir que no solo mías , ya que a lo largo de mi caso me contacte con muchos otros afectados, que se sumaron a realizar denuncia formal incluso creo que envié a Adán mi mediador copia de la respuesta donde la comisión que regula los juegos y sorteos de mi País confirma las malas practicas y me confirma que es procedente totalmente valida mi queja, después de el mar de evidencia que envié mía y de otros jugadores, por eso mi punto que es bastante tardado que se empieze a visibilizar el resultado

I don’t mean to rehash your complaint, because from our perspective the situation looked very different, and the evidence presented to the casino was strong. I understand you won’t admit anything publicly, and I’m not here to start debating who was lying. That’s not my goal.

What I suggested before was to contact the licensing authority. There, the casino can present its proofs, and you can see the outcome objectively—that’s the "second opinion" I mentioned.

Continuing to post about "public fairness" won’t really change anything and doesn’t carry much credibility, especially when everyone can already see how your own complaint was evaluated.

It’s entirely your choice, of course, but if you want a another resolution, the licensing authority is the way to go.

Hola, hice un depósito a la app Betmaster mediante mi tarjeta. Pero, al momento de querer retirar mis ganancias no me deja. Les envío msj al centro de ayuda y no recibo ninguna respuesta.

However, do you need to verify yourself or is that not necessary? When you played, did you use a bonus or just real money? Still haven't received a response? What exactly does it say when you say you can't withdraw, is it some kind of error?
