I think it's pretty common and accepted practice that when you play in a casino you have to use everything in your name. There are definitely exceptions, but I would certainly look into such things beforehand, because I don't think it's a scam. 

I also found in the Terms and Conditions that the casino may ask you to verify your payment method ownership. So in the future, make sure you check these things out and if it's not clearly written, make sure you ask the casino and take a screenshot if they tell you it's not a problem.

I've deposited about 25eur. Won around 75eur. ive tried to withdraw it but they had to verify me. okay. ive sent every documents they asked for. Sadly, my account has been frozen, the help-chat can't tell me why and my money is gone. What is going on here? One year ago everything was fine and now theyre deleting accounts without any reason and taking money?

Sometimes casinos do this due to the pending verification process, but we of course believe that the player should be informed about everything.

Have you checked your emails for some messages with the explanation from the casino? Try to have a look into the spam folder as well, as sometimes these emails can finish there.

Withdrawal was requested 11.07.2024. And i got e-mail about that request, and one mail that mine withraw was cancelled (without reason) but i don't have any email or any other information what happened to my account and why i can't log in. I've even sent an email to them with my questions about money and account but i dont have any reply from them 🙁

11.07 - withdrawal request.

16.07 - frozen account and withdrawal canceled.

16.07 (a bit later) i'm contacting via helpchat and i got information that mine account haas been closed by Administration and they dont have any information about it. But they gave me an email to contact with support.

16.07 (later again) i've contacted with them via email.

17.07 They replied this: (that's literally the same answer that i've got on help chat(copy-paste))file

Do you think there is any chance to get my money back? 🙁

Por ejemplo, simplemente congelaron mi cuenta. Ni siquiera puedo comprobarlo con kyc porque nadie me ha respondido desde entonces. Dinero perdido ahora. 500 euros. Los gastarán en medicinas. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 El karma es tan real.
