Me registré en el casino "Casinia" para jugar. Después de enterarme, les pedí por correo electrónico que me bloquearan porque había perdido demasiado dinero porque padecía adicción al juego. El 29 de abril de 2024 me comuniqué con ellos por correo electrónico para cerrar mi cuenta, tras lo cual me preguntaron por qué, cuando les dije el motivo no pasó nada. -> ¿Qué pasó? Perdí 5000 CHF.

El 25.05.2024 me puse en contacto contigo nuevamente por correo electrónico.

reportado y mi cuenta cerrada. Por segunda vez. Nuevamente me preguntaron por qué y nuevamente expresé mi opinión. -> nuevamente no pasó nada y nuevamente perdí 5000 chf. En total perdí 10000 chf a pesar de que les di para que me bloquearan. Tengo una crisis financiera porque no me bloquearon.

¿Qué puedo hacer?

Situation is still the same. More than 35 hours by now. 3 withdraws in a queue with a 0 progress. Have all the screens if needed.

Bank Transfer. Online supports says it takes 3 working days but its already 1.5 and I dont think they will manage to complete it…

It is not possible to verify your account is this casino until it’s administration ask about it which they did not. It is my 1st deposit and 1 withdraw, no welcome bonuses taken etc. My chose of this casino was based on your grades and evaluation but now I cant receive my money.

I sent an email yestarday but almost 24 hours no answer. Online chat all the time give the same answer about 3 working days which already has been gone. I have all the screenshots if needed even from live chat support.
