No..never...i ask them to close my account they answered with the feedback and if i am still happy to proceed and i have promtly answer yes close it....amd they have ignored....i remember i contacted the chat to ask them to close it but they said i need to contact support team by email and so i did...it is frustrating that theire answer was that they needed time to investigate if i had any balance in account to be refunded but that shouldnt be over 45 days....my account should be suspended if they was needed to investigate but not letting me play after as normal for another 45 days since my request of closure account

Hello. I have contacted customer support, abaut my withdrawals being constantly rejected by the provider. They said that it would take 3 business days, for them to proceed to payment, yet the amaunt that i would want to take out, got rejected yet again. filefilei had two 500€ withdrawals, now they only show 1. And its still under review. Can someone please help me get my money out of this scam site please?
