Hello,
I tried to get in touch with their live chat operator myself. Each message ended as "not seen yet" then suddenly a chatbot appeared. Not useful at all.
I'd wait a few more days then submit a complaint here on Casino Guru. What do you think?

Anyway, according to the complaint I see, xculst finally got paid a month ago. This is the information he gave us, which you can see in the attached complaint: "After 30+ days and a lot of documents from my side provided they do withdraw. So problem is solved. But it's was very hard to do and they didn't made any tip to my side for this month."

Months ago I decided to deposit and play every single NBA, premier league, NHL match and many other south american football matches like I normally do in any other bookmaker and next day I got a mail informing restrictions. Restricted in less than 2 weeks after registration 😂

Were you mostly successful with the bets? Otherwise, I don't see any reason why they did it to you.
BTW Are you still allowed to bet even with some max. bet limits or are you fully restricted to bet on Sports?

When I asked they simply said it was a trading team decision, no real explanation was provided, I don't remember breaking any T&C, I suppose they are just trigger happy because I checked reviews and other player also got restricted from bonuses, but he doesn't mention a stake restriction.

I ended up in the positive but the profit wasn't high nor my bet sizes were, considering on average I bet 60 euros per event across all sports and my average odds is something around 1.8, it's not something that any big bookie would consider threatening. I got stake restricted but never tried the max bet allowed, when I found out about it I made a withdrawal and closed the account, but normally when you get stake restricted they still take your bets but only on really small stakes (some cases as severe as no more than 5 bucks per bet).
Getting restricted doesn't neccesarily mean you broke T&C or you are deemed as a liability, majority of the time it's just bookies miscalculating their own user's betting habits, Bet365 is famous for restricting anyone making a penny 😂

I openly admit that I'm not very skilled when it comes to sports betting, but your description made me think about how hard it must be for anyone to resolve similar sports betting "issues" when they have nothing in common with rules.... 😁

Yes, everytime I see a case of anyone getting banned from a bookie or restricted they never know why the ban or restriction was applied, it's easy to find complaints of users online who got targeted by a bookie for whatever reason and most of the time users have no idea why that happened, mostly because operators use really ambiguous terms to explain the ban, some operators are simply trigger happy

At least they processed my withdrawal, I understand casinos and bookies can decide who they make business with or who they accept bets from, but definitely not stating a clear term or condition as to why a restriction is being applied doesn't help anyone
