Unbelievably scammy casino. First they made me jump through unbelievable hurdles to get verified. They always came up with new things they need even though I was fully verified. Now, they keep cancelling my withdrawals even though I am fully verified, stating that I have not entered my 'account information' meaning my credit card credentials. I have sent the support numerous screenshots showing that every time I have submitted a withdrawal request I have correctly entered all the information requested.


No luck. Just cancellation after cancellation. I do not believe I will receive a cent from this scammy operation. Really amazed with the 8.9 rating here, considering their behavior.


At this point this is straight up harassment.

Now they promised to process the payment via bitcoin because the payment method I used has a problem on the payment providers side. They made me wait for hours only to cancel the Bitcoin payment due to it being an 'irrelevant payment method'. 😀


Now they will make a new excuse to not pay.


Total scam artists. Not gonna see a cent of my winnings.

Now they are making up excuses about technical difficulties. They are also refusing to pay via Bitcoin since 'experts are solving technical difficulties regarding card payments'. So it is clear that nothing is done and they are waiting for me to gamble it in frustration.


Really awful.

Now I got kicked off the chat and banned from using the function. I am not seeing a cent. PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR HIGH REVIEW OF THIS TOTAL SHAM OF A CASINO.


EDIT: Apparently the bug plaguing the card transfers has been fixed. Let's see what excuse they use not to pay now 😉

Yes, totally. They have now cancelled my withdrawal after telling me they fixed the problem. After this my withdrawal has been cancelled three times and they refuse to let me use an alternate method and are not answering my emails. This is a total scam casino that does not pay.

It's enormously annoying and frustrating when that kind of thing happens. There are countless petty, shady, and downright dishonourable online gaming operators all over the world!

That's another amazingly tough experience in quite a short time frame. Allow me to mention submitting the complaint was the best step because, without proper examination and care, the rating just can't be lowered.

The casino should prioritize finding a proper and working solution soon, players' trust isn't easy to rebuild once it's lost!

I must say that to my shame I ended up gambling the winnings. They are still sending me automated messages to 'trust them' and to wait for a withdrawal. I feel misled and also a bit disappointed in myself.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. But you know what? Under such circumstances, I would say you shouldn't be so hard on yourself now.

You know the saying: "sh*t happens".

If you ever feel you're somehow losing control then it's time to feel alerted, but for now - we all make mistakes sometimes. 🙏

This casino is SCAM!! I play in this casino and I win some money ( not much ) I verified my account..and I request a withdrawal!! And here we go.. as per casino terms and conditions all withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours ! So I made my withdrawal request Sunday..Monday morning I open my casino account and I see that my withdrawal is marked with green and status was completed! I try to withdraw via Jeton and I know from experience it’s take seconds money to arrive in my ewallet..but the money was not there! I noticed that have a ! mark I klick on it and it was written on Russian..I translated and said failed withdrawal money back to the players account! I contact the support and they told me that the Jeton have some technical issues..they send the money but the Jeton send my money back! I contact Jeton and Jeton support said that there is no issue..my account is good to go without any restrictions..and that nobody send money to my e wallet!! So I been lied from support..i show the print screen from Jeton to support..and I been advised to make new withdrawal request!! And they will speed up my process!! Today after nothing happened!! I contact support again and now I been told that my account been spotted for fraudulent activities!! Here what support tell me: you have been noticed wrong game activation. When a ask what that’s meen because am not familiar with that he responded me with this: It means that you could use fraudulent actions in the game, and by fraudulent means won funds.I don’t even know how is that possible..I submitted my complaint already!! And I hope that guru will help me..because after all I open account here because I see the positive reputation from Guru casino!!

Thats the latest it seems. Im getting ready post a complaint against BetUS which btw, the guru gives a very good reputation. My husband was actually playing and I was just hanging around watching him etc. Its was very interesting to say the least. These corrupt casinos can call it technical, a glitch, or what ever they feel like calling it however, its like you said, fraud. More about this when I post the complaint.

I agree with you. Its also happened again at a casino I complained about months ago Duckyluck. I got paid but I quit playing there after what they did to my account afterwards. Im labeled as a SKILLED PLAYER LOL. Slots is a game of chance period. They took away all my promos, all deposit bonuses that they give everyone, free spins if and when you lose; So I dont play there at all anymore.

I know the process; however, I do appreciate your leaving the links just in case needed them. That said, since this happened, I've done a lot of research regarding, BetUS. They aren't really watched at all. They call their home Costa Rica however, Canada is where their base is, in my opinion of course. This actually happened to my husband while he was playing, and I was sitting next to him. Corney as it sounds, we do that, lol. But. I took screen shots of what happened immediately, then another just because I thought I might need it. Anyway, it's so inappropriate how they went about handling this. They must have given me 5 or 6 different reasons why it happened, and my evidence proved them wrong. Last one was something about the software manufacture having looked at it blah blah. I do not believe that for a second. I filed a complaint with you guys' awhile back about Ducky luck casino and eventually, I got paid however, since the payout, which was only 2k. They labeled me as a SKILLED PLAYER, LOL. Which is ridiculous period. They took away all promotions, I'm not given the free spins that everyone else's gets when they deposit. So, I obviously stopped playing there. The other day My husband had deposited probably $100 and lost that, got his free spins and made a little money. Their rollover requirements are insane, but he actually did it. He played for about 2 days until I made him just stop. Anyway, during his play which was his money since he had met the rollover requirements. He was playing the 10x machine. well, they obviously wanted him gone. Every time he would place a large wager his money would drop really fast but, when he dropped it to 30cents it started hitting, not a lot but still his odds had gone up. He just happens to be paying attention, the wagering issue had him alert. So, all of a sudden, he hits 10x blue 7's which according to their pay table, which makes no sense, it paid 20 bucks. He hits it again, same but with some bars? a tiny bit more. Meanwhile I'm taking screen shots of all these wins however, then he hits 10x 10x blue 7s and it pays him $20. What? Then he hits 10x red 7s @45cents paid $60? 15 cents more? Hold on.....then he hits 10x 10x red 7s @ 30cents, paid him $40? I'm more than confused. Weve sent all the screen shots in and they said they have everything. Waiting to hear back. Geeze., the last thing I want to be doing on a beautiful is calling out casinos for ripping us off. Not my idea of a good time. I hate it in fact. I'm just letting you know what's all the rant was about regarding BetUs. I know this site very well. Trust me. They have taken our money many times, however. We chalked it up to our failure to just not play there or do this. This entire industry has fallen to depths I'm ashamed to speak about. I know what you do at Guru, I also know he supports BetUS. Which was a bit shocking to me but to each his own. Thats why m hesitant to even waste my time filing a complaint. When I'm ready I'm probably going to have to spend a little money to have them investigated properly. Because, as of right now, Caraco is their regulator, lol that's funny. But I'll get back to you. in the meantime, we can just chat back n forth regarding this if you like. if not that's fine too. I'm 62 and just tired of the BS. Just be fair. Yes but, try not to let them know what I'm up to. They aren't regulated, I don't care what anyone says. They don't have a license either, oh for the INTERNET. But of course. Who's regulating that area, Biden? lol. The industry has really changed sadly. I'm m finished wasting my entire day with crooks who have deep .... pockets, they pay off their regulator. Its sickening. What cha going to do about it is the question. Now that's what we have to figure out. On my time not theirs. Thank you for responding, I appreciate it so much.
