De la nada te solicitan mas documentacion y te retrasan los retiros con una posibilidad de 31 dias de plazo, siendo que usualmente demoran 1 dia. Aludiendo al termino o condición 10.4. Juego desleal. Muy extraño tdo si ya procesaban tdos los retiros.

What?!!! IT is not true!! All casinos under this management have the same verification proces. ID, selfie with ID and payment verification. If docs are ok, withdrawal (by bank card) takes up to 15-20 minutes maximum.
