De la nada te solicitan mas documentacion y te retrasan los retiros con una posibilidad de 31 dias de plazo, siendo que usualmente demoran 1 dia. Aludiendo al termino o condición 10.4. Juego desleal. Muy extraño tdo si ya procesaban tdos los retiros.

What?!!! IT is not true!! All casinos under this management have the same verification proces. ID, selfie with ID and payment verification. If docs are ok, withdrawal (by bank card) takes up to 15-20 minutes maximum.

What are you talking about? Did you even play at their casino? the maximum account verification period is 31 days, and I can say this is not the maximum, but the minimum that you will wait for.
