Yes my small withdrawal was instantly confirmed but I'm sure they have manual review as soon as it reaches a certain amount and I have became very impatient when it comes to long withdrawal processes as the Casinos I am regularly playing at have instant confirmation regardless of the amount.

Although When I think about it I can't recall doing any KYC whatsoever on Kineko and still got paid.

(Haven't made any deposit either)

The support from kineko send the dev a message on Sunday and I asked him if they had replied today but still no answer complaint wil be made Friday. I don’t understand why they can’t just tell me wat the problem is.

So it's fine if you've only made withdrawals so far without making any deposits. Not many players can boast of that. 

As far as verification is concerned, it's quite strange from my point of view that you haven't had to do any so far.

It also seems unreasonable to me, but if they don't, then just as you wrote, the best thing to do will be file a complaint. 

Let's see if we can't get a normal response from the casino by then.

A while ago I wrote to a player who also confirmed that he got his winnings at another casino. So it looks like a happy day. It's great when things finally get sorted out without any more problems arising.

This casino is worth no one’s time they delay now my withdrawal of 200usd since yesterday this casino is the slowest crypto casino ever Afther I get my 200usd il never play here again I recommend no one too play here so many other and better casinos out there so think good before u deposit here.

Hmm. Is your situation still in flux and your withdrawal is pending or have you already received your money only belatedly ? 

I think that since we have already dealt with one problem with this casino together, it would probably be a good idea not to play here if they keep popping up. They say "you can't step in the same river twice" and I think that this saying is particularly appropriate in your case.  

I hope you will have better experiences in the future.

How long did it take for you to get the crypto payment? I'd say numbers work as the best demonstration for others, but I'll leave a further comment on you.

I too have encountered a problem with this operator. Since my case pertains to the realm of sports betting, I understand that it might not fully fall within the scope of your expertise, but I am hopeful that you would still give it your attention.

I have been using the services of this operator since November last year and had not experienced any problems until recently. To date, I have made 5 successful withdrawals (I am attaching the file), with the processing time reaching up to a maximum of 2-3 days.

My last withdrawal, registered on August 15th, was delayed, and I contacted the operator three times, receiving evasive answers that they would check on it. Now I see that other users have faced delays in their withdrawal requests during the same period. My withdrawal was for $2,000, in addition to which I had a remaining balance of another $2,656.43.

After 4 days, I noticed that my balance was 0 (zero) and found a message from the operator, which I am including here.

The action they took against me was to cancel the withdrawal request and void my winning bets from about 3 months ago. All my bets were placed on soccer matches in the major European leagues. My entire betting activity gives absolutely no grounds for suspecting any malpractice that might potentially be sanctioned.

I see the ambitions of this company to create a DeFi platform and introduce their own token. This suggests that they should strive to earn the trust of their users in every possible way.

I do understand the liquidity crisis they have apparently fallen into, but this is an unprecedented case in the betting industry. Their actions are unprofessional and can even be qualified as "illegal", as they violate the basic requirements of their license, related to providing a safe gaming environment.

I protested their actions by filing a complaint with their management, but it has been more than the regulated 7 days for complaint processing, and I have received no response.

I will have to file a complaint about the case with an ADR site that handles sports betting cases. However, could Casino Guru, in its capacity as a recognized authority, possibly contact these people and urge them to reconsider their actions? I could wait a few more days before proceeding with my complaint to a competent sports betting mediator.

However, since we are dealing with online casinos and we don't have any experts in sports betting and I am not one of them and we also don't have a branch, it is not possible for us to take a relevant opinion regarding your case.

I think that's probably the best solution, because if you don't play it wisely, it can end up being pretty bad. 

However, if someone is already playing, it is always best to check the casino where the player is going to deposit, because that's where he puts his money.

I hope that it will last you as long as possible. At least you won't have to deal with similar problems, right?

I don't need to retell things in summary because the whole case can be read in 5 minutes. 

I think everything is clear even for amateurs in the field of sports betting. I was able to localize a "group of crypto enthusiasts" who plan to turn Kineko into a prosperous DeFi platform with its own token and attract investors' funds in the form of the so-called "Staking". But unfortunately, with such morals and similar actions to those described in the complaint, it will be quite difficult for them to realize their good intentions. I will refrain from qualifying the actions of the people of Kineko, as well as divulging any personal information about them. A law firm in their country has assured me that if I do not receive my funds, as a victim of fraud I can report a crime to their police. In this case, the offshore cover - Sunseven N.V., will not help them avoid investigation and incur criminal liability.

Kineko simply left the dispute and the complaint was closed as "Unresolved".


I filled out and submitted a complaint to the regulator (Antilephone N.V.) according to the established procedure, but I have not received an answer for a month now.

I see that your colleague Michal has brought to an end a complaint on your site, with Kineko agreeing to pay over years a substantial sum owed to a player from Norway:

Kineko's intention to stay in the market leads me to believe that after a lawsuit against them, I will be able to be satisfied. So I will wait a little longer for the regulator to intervene, then I will be forced to seek a suitable lawyer. Hi and thank you again for your update on this case. I certainly don't think it's right for the casino to have left your complaint like that and nothing was resolved in the end. 

However, I see from what you wrote that you have escalated the complaint to the regulator, but you have not yet received a response. If you do get one from them, be sure to let us know what they wrote you back. 

If it doesn't work out, I've also heard that you're going to try a lawyer. I think you need to try all the options you have to choose from. Unfortunately, I don't have the contact you need so I'm sorry but I have nothing to give you. 

Anyway, I'll keep my fingers crossed that your situation gets resolved and you end up with a fair solution. If any new information comes up, I'll be here and you can let me know. Fingers crossed. 🤞☘️
