Cuanto llevas esperando??yo llevo 14 días y m dicen q se pueden demorar hasta los 21..yo por mi parte les daré ese plazo pero si no tomaré medidas legales

If you wait 14 days for your withdrawal and even then you still don't have it, I would recommend filing a complaint with us and our team will take a look at your situation. Would it be possible to update us on further developments ? 

I would also like to recommend using the "reply" button, because when you reply to someone, it notifies the player and you can shorten the time it takes for them to reply to you. 

This is just a detail.

Me dicen que aún estoy dentro del plazo de 7 a 21 días hábiles y que cualquier cambio me lo notificarán x mail..cosa que no he recibido ninguno
