Me acaban de pedir después de 10 días hábiles esperando verficacion de la cuenta, he enviado ya los documentos, pero pasan dos cosas que no deberían crear problemas, 1 la fecha de nacimiento la puse mal y ya dije hace tiempo que me la cambiasen y me dijeron que se haría cuando me pidiesen verficar, y la 2 es que me piden la tarjeta de débito que usé con ellos, una imagen por delante y detrás, pero no la tengo porque le di de baja por perdida, les he enviado un certificado que me ha dado el banco en PDF de un moviento que hice de ingreso con ellos con esa tarjeta que salen mis nombres, el número de la tarjeta y etc. No debería haber problema pero cualquier cosa o la comunico.

Pues no me están pagando y ya van 14 días hábiles, me están pidiendo un documento que el banco no puede proporcionarme, la tarjeta de débito ya les dije que le di de baja porque se me perdió, y me piden un certificado de titularidad de esa tarjeta que ya no existe, yo les envío un certificado de un movimiento cuando ingresé dinero con esa tarjeta, que sale que soy yo el titular, les he enviado un extracto bancario de un moviento que hice con esa tarjeta y nada no me lo aceptan.

I applied for a 2 withdrawals in 2 days off 800 AUD as thats the limit, its been a week and they are still reviewing this. Everytime I message them they say the same thing, oh sorry please be patient but cannot give me a time frame or reason why its taking so long. If it takes this long to review hoe long is it gonna take to process, such a joke. Ive never experienced anything like this on any online casino. I recently won roughly 9K on monster win.com as a level 2 you can withdraw up to 750$ a day once per day with a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals, my first 2 withdrawals of 750$ went through, I received them under 72 hours (business days) a week later I’m still waiting on 3 new withdrawals of 750$ each (2250$) all placed more than 100 hours ago ( 4+ business days) every time I get in contact with support they give me the same excuses.
