No idea... I've filed complaints twice in my life and, strangely enough, received my full payout the next day 😉 but... I kind of accept that OC just takes a little more time than maybe necessary. I don't know... the IMPORTANT thing is never, ever cancel your cashout!!! The casino has already won and you'll lose everything 99% of the time 🙈

Keine Ahnung...in meiner Leben habe ich schon 2mal Beschwerde eingereicht und komische Weise am nächsten Tag alles Ausgezahlt bekommen 😉 aber...ich bin irgendwie schon damit einverstanden dass OC nehmen sich einfach bißchen mehr Zeit als vielleicht nötig ist, Keine Ahnung...WICHTIG ist niemals aber NIEMALS dein Cashout storniert!!! Da hat schon Casino gewonnen und du auf 99% verspielst alles 🙈

Es Klingt nicht schlecht ...vielleicht versuchen die einfach hinhaltTAKTIK, weiß man nicht...aber mit die Adresse konnte auch ein Problem sein...aber auch andere Seite muss man zusehen...manche haben echt strenge Regeln...

Luego, simplemente busca "No conozco ningún casino" o introduce otro y escribe el nombre correcto en el texto. Lo cambiaremos en la queja.

Lamentablemente, eso no nos funciona. Los jugadores deben presentar quejas en su propio nombre, así que gracias por ayudar, pero creo que podremos resolver esto. 🙂

Jetzt habe ich 12.000€ muss mich neu verifizieren angeblich und alles wird abgelehnt ständig , hast du Erfahrungen mit hohen Auszahlungen da ?
