Im hesitant to play again because they only accept crypto deposits. I prefer Interac deposits. Can track the funds even if there is a delay.

I remember more similar scenarios than properly implemented casino closures. According to my experience, less trustworthy casinos or unlicensed operators do not value fair practices, so why should they bother with proper closure?
I hope your balance wasn't sky-high! Yet, even if it was, you were surely not the only one caught in this.
