I imagine getting the risk team involved has been quite a shock to you.

It appears the casino felt it needed an investigation, which may also end up quite good, so the first step is to let the casino finish the procedure. Given the circumstances, I consider that to be inevitable 🙁

It makes sense the withdrawal won't proceed until the conclusion is made; despite how harsh it may sound, it is not something weird. For how long has your account been under the investigation, please? Also, have you got an approximate deadline? I would say you have not, but I may be wrong, of course.

It's a pity you don't know at least the approximate time. Some casinos have it in their Terms and Conditions how long such investigations can take, did you look there? I guess if they can't do anything about it anytime soon, then I would think about filing a complaint. 

It would also be good to know if they are doing the investigation with the game provider or looking at your documents, or if it's something else. Was what you sent them, pay pal and ID accepted? Did you play here with any bonus?

Dicho departamento tiene un gran volumen de trabajo y que no saben cuánto va a tardar pero yo mandé la prueba de vida el mismo día que ellos me la pidieron que fue el día 24 de diciembre y la captura de pantalla de PayPal la mandé el 27 y 30 y a día de hoy no me an contestado

Y si que quiero presentar una queja ya que la cantidad asciende a 6000€ que son mios y gane legalmente

Llevo haciendo pagos con PayPal mucho tiempo en esta página y al hacer una retirada de 1430 € me bloquearon los retiros y seguí jugando con el dinero que gané. Pero tuve suerte y esa cantidad asciende ahora de 1430 € a 6000€ los cuales no quiero gastar
