The fact that you lose money in the casino, unfortunately the casino always has an advantage over the player and that's a fact. If you're talking about gifts, then the casino is simply not obliged to do something like that. If you can find a casino that does it, why not stick to it?

It was a no deposit bonus? If so, the max cash out is low for these bonuses across all casinos, no casino would give money for free, I do hate when a bonus that requires deposit has a max cashout, that is definitely offensive and predatory, but I can't say the same about no-deposit bonuses.
I have taken no-deposit bonuses in the past (loyalty bonuses, welcome bonuses, etc) and I just use them as demo, to test games I normally wouldn't, have in mind it's basically free fun, when we deposit we are paying for fun, when we get no deposits bonuses we are getting fun for free at the expense of null potential (nothing in life is free). I only said my opinion. Because if you expect that you should get gifts for every time you lose in this or another casino (because that's how you think the casino values its players), I think you'll be very disappointed.
