fileSo there’s no pop up notice when you go on their website? Are you guys based in Australia? If not then maybe rocknreels are only ceasing all trading activities with Australian players?

I came to the page and didn't see any such information. No we are not based in Australia, but Romi has given it to our team to check and we will see what they find out, whether it will be overall and they will close it or it is only for certain countries.

Yo guys.

I'm a bit late to the party but I'm in the same boat as you all seem to be. Been strung along since 15th April so far.


I had a post going on Facebook a couple of weeks back which was weirdly deleted by the host page.


Tonight I tried to post in a few groups and I don't think ANY of them approved my post regarding Rocknreels. There's definitely some weird stuff going on here.


I'm absolutely at my wits end here. But I just don't understand why they are stringing us all along day by day for? And why they haven't just locked us all out of our accounts like they seem to have done to others. That gives me hope to cling on to, if anything.


Anyway, I'll make a group on Facebook tomorrow, screenshot it, and post the screenshot here so that you all can join and invite others that aren't on this forum.

Let's band together on this one and at the very least get the word out there that if Rocknreels and Royalreels (& maybe even thepokies) are connected, that users of those other two sites could be heading down a similar path.

I see you did a good thing and immediately started a complaint. 

But seeing as the casino is going to close, I wonder how they're going to handle the whole situation. I see that you have been getting the exact same information every day as the players before you, so I probably won't ask you what the casino has given you as a reason why you don't have your money yet. 

However, hope dies last and I would certainly not give up and I want to believe that the casino will eventually do the right thing and give everyone what is rightfully theirs.

If you guys read it properly, it says 2/3/4 are closing. Mean 5 and 6 will still be open. As for the money, I withdrew 19/04 and have been waiting ever since. I’ve read somewhere that it can take up to a month even more if the withdraw threshold has met its capacity. I know rocknreels are good but not sure why they delaying. Hope we all get paid soon.

Yes I saw that, according to the screenshot. You are also in the same situation as the previous players, which I don't envy and if you have a problem you should definitely contact us and file a complaint. 

As mentioned before, we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal and you are already over that time, so if you want to be sure, you can do so now and open it.

Well it's down to one day and a bit for the casino to reply to my complaint and as they have not made contact yet I don't think they will there just ignoring everything and for some reason stringing all withdrawal recipients on its frustrating it's ridiculous and they are doin nothing to change that.

Just going through all the messages, it’s clear that there’s no payment coming. Also found a letter from the Australian gov dated feb 2023. It’ll be a miracle if we see anything. I’ve emailed the license holder and the company rocknreels with no reply. Gripping straws to be honest.

What kind of letter was it, if I may? I don't understand what you mean by that.🤷‍♀️

I always try to stay positive until the end, let's say. So hopefully all the issues will be solved soon.

Isn't that enough to file a complaint ? 

I think it would be a good step so that if the casino did not pay and did not try to resolve anything, it would get black points and the safety index would be lowered. 

Of course, we are still working with the fact that our team would try to get in communication with the casino to explain what is going on and it could possibly turn out well. 

What do you think, are you in?
