Hi, do you have any bonus history to show if you played with a bonus and if the wins came from it? That would probably be best because I see that the casino has explained it quite normally. I don't really know what to say...I played in this casino for ever e year ilost over 300€ ...yet again I said I will try again ... I deposit a total of 150+ the last couple of days. .. in different games.... Specifically in the game break the piggy bank...... Which has coins popping the the pig burst and the bonus starts ... Mind that not one game paid me something back.... I started playing this fucking piggy game. I lost over 80€ plus winnings...and like a few times I got the bonus in which I won like 3-4 euros back. Maybe 6.... Then the last bonus I got after losing almost everything was 0.20 cents. I'm not even kidding....0.20 CENTS. I swear to god...after having lost more that 450 in that site. The other funny thing... I deposited and I played... after a few hours I deposited to play again the same game....it was FULLY WIPED... fully wiped all progress lost and start again . Mind I Never got a withdrawal... nothing.... Today I decided to talk to the chat help center or whatever....I explained everything... They asked for a screenshot.?? Well, I read what you wrote but I have no idea what to make of it if I am to tell the truth. The fact that you probably didn't win more than you expected is sad and no player wants to see such low winnings in bonus. However, this is common in the casino and I've seen so many bonuses that gave almost nothing and players spent even more money that I don't find this strange. 

I don't want to make the situation any easier, I just wanted to compare.

Anyway, I don't know what the chat agent was supposed to understand and what is your goal. Sharing experiences is fine and I don't have a problem with it, but other than the fact that you spent money there, I didn't learn anything else. It's certainly not good to deposit there over and over again in the hope that you will win some money back or get more from the bonus. 

When you talk about the game being wiped or reset, isn't that what always happens to every game when you leave it or there is inactivity in it?

No it actually isn't. I've been playing slots for more than 10 year's and I have registered in more casino sites than you can actually count . Sites even give me a manager to actually manage my account.. so no I am not some ignorant player here. The slots in every account is personal in fact. And that makes the fact even worse...that means that the rtp is lower that the site said or that they make it lower so you don't win. I ve been playing this exact game since it actually came out and I wanna tell you that the game in legit sites is staying like this for days and days ...no one has the right to wipe or restart your game. This doing is on purpose so you will lose your money....like you imagine if I deposit 100 euros and I will win nothing...and the site wipes my game that means that the loss is not being registered in the game anymore. So you will lose again. That is not just unfair...but is like on the line of breaking the law. The only one that actually has the right to wipe a game is the game provider that only happens in the loooong run. So don't try to brush me off .. I don't know what your trying to prove here ...cause I really do know what I'm talking about sir.

If you believe your games have been manipulated, take your gaming history and reach out to the provider, at least. That's one way how to resolve this situation. I bet that such a skilled player knows that slots are the most favorable source of income for casinos due to the generally lower RTP - not for the players. The longer you play, the more likely you are to end up dry - just saying. Don't even begin with the volatility that determines the "longevity" of the winnings.

Resetting the game has no impact on the properly working RNG mechanism. But I guess it was not the only point.

Well I actually am. Cause I do play a lot ..win alot and lose a lot. That's not my first problem even. My problem is that your talking to me with a bit of irony even if your supposed to ...help.?!.. I don't really know know who. I just got an email that my review got banned too cause you claim that all I'm saying is that I lost. Which is not what I'm saying at all. I honestly have no idea what you aim to say.

But as far as I can confirm:

Please consider contacting the licensing authority initially. You know, saying "truth" here won't help if you don't reach out to responsible authorities in the first place. That was one of my points, actually.

Staying within locally regulated casinos is definitely the best option in such situation.
