Thank you. It's very rare to win at these casinos so when you do the last thing you want to happen is to be cheated out of it. They make so much money from us and then to not pay when we win is just sickening. They literally make me want to vomit when I hear the words "ruby slots".

The casino responded with that same mixing funds bs. If the way they explained it this casino would never have to pay out any winnings. I'm still hoping casino gurus rep can help but we will see.

What a joke. Went to withdraw my $100 allowable winnings & can't even begin the verification process. They also want ME TO SEND THEM $10 from my BTC wallet if I'm ever able to get to step 2. LOL......I'll never send a penny to casinos that don't have easy, instant withdrawal.
