Owner is changed. Design and web address are changed. And instead of being improved thi casino became much worse.

Hello,

perhaps a stupid question, but are you commenting about the decreased quality of the sports betting section or the casino section? Both perhaps?

I understand such a check is unpleasant, but honestly, a casino may do that if they suspect an issue. In my opinion, the final verdict is also very important, and I hope your bets will be considered ok.

So like some other posts here. The site went to good, to much worse after the redesign/rebrand. You can't see how much you've left to wager anymore, and therefore I contacted support. They tell me all good to go, so I convert the in-site currency to crypto to be able to withdraw, all good so far. Then a few days goes by, it's still being processed. I contact them once a day to check up on why it's taking such long time, they tell me it's being processed by their finance department and will be done soon in a couple of days. Until today, same thing, asked in support chat why it's still processing. The guy tells me that the bonus has not yet been wagered, however, 5 days earlier his colleagues told me that when going to the withdrawal tab, and if you're able to convert their currency, then there's nothing left to wager and you're good to go. So then aswell on top of that, he writes that the total wager that needs to be done is 4078.97, but the bonus was like 15$ from a freespins bonus with like 40x wager, can't remember excactly but roughly like that. So that is nowhere near that 4000$ mark.. So either they've messed up and thought I withdrew the original deposit bonus instead of the freespins that came with it, that had a 40x wager and a completely different wager than the deposit bonus, or they are just trying to scam my a** off, and try to let me think that my withdrawal is long gone.. So as a resumé, it has been a decent site to play on with good bonuses, but then after this rebrand, it has just been a complete disaster, and as of now I don't know if i'm going to get the withdrawal, even tough it's not a lot of money, that just gets me thinking why they would pull this off even more.. So just be aware of this guys..

Hi, after reading this I can see what your view on the casino is. I would say it's not nice when one agent tells you one thing and the other one tells you something else and you don't know what's right in the end.

Hi, I think this is something that is common in most casinos. Maybe the casino is suspicious or just wants to check if everything was alright. Maybe it wanted a specific sportsbook provider like they told you and they have to wait until they know something relevant. So try to wait and see what they tell you.

I saw that they don't have any logo but in Terms it says about Curacao license. So it can be found in the Curacao license sheet where all casinos are licensed under them.

I have been playing on this Casino for 3+ years (VIP) and i never had issues with withdrawing 100-500Euros, as they normally would accept my withdrawals within 48 hours. Yesterday I got really lucky and won 3600 Euros. I placed 3 withdrawals of 1000 and 1 of 600. Today I woke up to my withdrawals being canceled and they blocked me from withdrawing as my previous bets are ''are being reviewed by game or sport provider to ensure the fair play. '' Upon talking to support they said that i need to wait 14+ days for the provider to review my bets. So my question here is. Why review my bets first of all and how would i cheat online blackjack and why? I have played various providers during my session so are all the providers going to review all my bets? It makes no sense and it seems like they are looking to drag out the situation and hope for me to lose my winnings? Also what happens if they somehow find a way to accuse my of not playing fair? That is an absolute disgrace, they recently changed the design of the website and since then I had nothing but problems.

Anyone know if I will be ever able to withdraw my funds or are they just going to confiscate my winnings with a a cheap trick like this.


Oh and by the way their offices are located in my home country. Should I pay them a visit or what? 😀

As far as I know, ever since the administration behind the casino changed, the new company running the platform has been doing these so-called "provider checks" regularly, regardless of how much you’ve withdrawn — even amounts as low as €400 have triggered reviews. — it just seems like a tactic to delay payouts and frustrate players into giving up on their winnings and most likely when this so called provider check is finished you will be asked to complete verification 😛.

I’ve seen similar cases take over a month to resolve. What I’d recommend is to wait out the timeframe they gave you, and if they still don’t process your withdrawal, file a complaint with Casino Guru. You can check other complaints too, especially for Ybets and Immerion, which are two other brands run by the same company.
