The problem came when I got a MAX WIN on the game Fruit Party. Support kept writing to me that they had a problem with transactions and that I had to wait. So I waited and in the meantime I played.. Well, from the 250,000 CZK win I ended up making something around 6,000,000 CZK and something I didn't expect happened. My account was blocked. So I wrote to support about what was going on, but they wrote back that my account never existed and that I probably had the wrong page. So I contacted the Youtuber to see if he could help me and they told him that they were in contact with the provider (Pragmatic Play) about the big win. I thought OK, it must be legit. But I've been waiting like this for 2 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I don't know what to do, this is a really big amount of money that would really help me.

Před měsícem jsem si založil účet na spinarium.com díky Youtuberovi ATX Slots. Ze začátku se to zdálo jako normální casino , něco jsem prohrál něco vyhrál. Dokonce jsem i vybral menší částku. Problém nastal když jsem dostal MAX WIN na hře Fruit Party. Supporti mi pořád psali že mají problém s transakcemi a že musím počkat. Tak jsem čekal a mezi tím ještě hrál.. No z výhry 250 000 CZK jsem nakonec udělal něco okolo 6 000 000 CZK a stalo se něco co jsem nečekal. Účet mi byl zablokován. Psal jsem teda na support o co jde, ti mi ale odepsali že můj účet prý nikdy neexistoval a že jsem si nejspíš spletl stránku. Kontaktoval jsem tedy toho Youtubera jestli by mi nepomohl a ti mu řekli že prý jsou v kontaktu s providerem ( Pragmatic Play ) ohledně té velké výhry. Řekl jsem si OK , asi to je legit. Jenže Už takhle čekám 2 týdny a stále jsem se nedočkal ničeho. Nevím co mám dělat, jedná se o fakt velké peníze které by mi opravdu pomohli.

Essa é a Spinarium ,várias tentativas de saques! Impuseram que eu só posso sacar 3.050 por mês ,não deixam sacar nem o que eles dizem nos termos que é 5.000€ mensais caso você tenha o saldo 10x maior que o valor depositado,eles falam que não podem deixar eu casar porque meus ganhos são 100x maiores que meus depósitos ,isso é ridículo ,olha quantos saques já tentei fazer de acordo com os termos e eles cancelam todos.A casa é um lixo,não honra com a s condições impostas pelos próprios termos ,descumprem as próprias regras.O que pude observar,se o jogador ganha valores pequenos eles permitem os saques ,valores maiores super prêmios eles não deixam sacar,tentei o saque por minha carteira digital e também não permitem dizem que os dados de minha carteira são inválidos, só que só é inválido para a Spinarium em qualquer outro local ou plataforma consigo realizar o saque com minha carteira digital.Não são honestos ,isso é inaceitável e inadmissível,não tem palavra,e a reputação desse cassino pra mim tem que ser Zero ,pois um cassino que não cumpre os próprios termos não deveria nem de estar entre os ranking dos cassinos conhecidos pois não cumprem com o que prometem .
