El banco ha bloqueado la tarjeta de crédito 
La foto dice que se completaron 3 pagos, cada uno de 500 francos suizos, pero nunca recibí el dinero; en cambio, se debitaron tres veces 507 francos cada uno de mi tarjeta de crédito exactamente en ese momento.
Todavía tengo un pago pendiente (ver fotos) desde el 14 de septiembre, está siendo procesado.

Casino Spinsy debe haber cargado mi tarjeta de crédito porque el 12 de septiembre Casino Spinsy completó mis 3 retiros de 500 CHF cada uno y exactamente en ese momento se realizaron 3 débitos en lugar de pagar.
Tengo exactamente estos 3 débitos en mi estado de cuenta, pero el dinero no ha llegado hasta la fecha.
El seguro de mi tarjeta de crédito me reembolsó este dinero.
Ahora la tarjeta de crédito está bloqueada y no se pueden realizar más pagos a esta tarjeta y Spinsy ya no se comunica conmigo.

No responden a mis correos electrónicos, y pase lo que pase, si no me dan el dinero antes del lunes por la noche, los denunciaré ante la autoridad competente en materia de casinos.
