Hey, how long did you wait? Yesterday i had a big win of 1150€ and i went to withdraw with no problems. I played on this casino a year or two now. But then i left it a little. Before i left it they had instant withdrawal like im telling you 2-3min i got my money. Since i came back they have delays for some reason. Last time i cashed out a cashback took 1 day or like half a day eventhough it was only 40€ now im just curious how long the 1150€ win is gonna take.

i have deposited on Tsars casino and had no problem making a withdrawal in the past. I have created an account on their new casino called Hype casino and i am facing the same problem as some people here in the discussion. I have won 2140 euros and i cannot withdraw the money, i am verified there but when i try to withdraw, i receive a message saying "withdrawal methods not found" or you need to complete verification, when my verification is all done. I contacted support and it has been 2 days i am waiting for a solution. Although i understand it is new year and it might be couple holiday days but when i read people having same problems, it does not make me feel good. No, the casino is hype casino, sister of Tsarz casino but it's fine. I made another deposit with litecoin and i was able to withdraw through bitcoin, but we can only withdraw 500 per day and 1500 per week. So i have to wait a little but it's ok, as long as i get my money.
