The link turned up first when I searched 1668/JAZ . ( Brave Browser using Brave search). The site lists Curaco licence numbers and the casinos that use it. Viggoslots is not listed under 1668/JAZ but scrolling down I found it under licence number 8048/JAZ. It doesn't matter in the end because according to the site the master license holder supervises the casinos or compensates players if they are scammed

¿Por qué una licencia? Porque cuando los jugadores leen que el casino tiene una licencia, piensan que el casino es legal. Nadie pregunta cuáles son las condiciones que se deben cumplir para obtener la licencia. Al igual que la gente piensa que un producto es bueno porque tiene muchas reseñas de 5 estrellas. Nadie comprueba si las reseñas han sido compradas.

I found this. Online casino city is not a forum or reviews they more a Wikipedia just for gambling. The site can be a bit difficult to navigate at times but its a great resource. They list any casino online or landbased , including who owns it , what license do they hold, and so on. If you dig deep enough you will find information what regulations are in place worldwide ,what local authority deals with it including names and so on. Anyways the link gives a short overview to Curacao licensing. There are basically 2 kinds. A master license or a sublime license which covers only a certain part of the master license. At least that explains why so many casinos have the same license numbers.
The second link is from a Curacao based company with the dull name FastOffshore. It's who you call if you need a offshore company. They got all the tools And they are the ones that setup those sublime licenses.
