I Don’t do crypto so bank transfer was only option. Did you do bank transfer also? Either way once I get my money I’m closing my account. Wazbee’s Terms and Conditions regarding Turnover on raw deposit are disgusting. Industry standard is 1x. 2x or 3x is a stretch and what is happening here is with 15x on live casino bj and baccarat is scamming. There needs to be a warning on the review page.

Hace unas 70 horas desde que lo aceptaron y, supuestamente, procesaron y enviaron. Pero en mi cuenta sigue sin llegar nada , no me dan más información ni por chat ni email solo que espere. Además tienen un listado de retiradas en el que aparecen las mías como si fuesen de las últimas 24 horas...

Of course it’s wise to read T&Cs but this is far beyond the normal. Did you actually read the section 5,12 of the terms I posted previously in thread? 15x turnover on raw deposit playing live bj or baccarat 🤮. This is insane and unreasonable. They are using what would normally be a bonus weighting percentage for raw deposits.
I was lucky enough to risk the denied withdrawal balance and meet wagering requirements. I have not received withdrawal as of yet.

I do understand your point, and I don't say is okay for them to do it. I just want to say that if it is stated in the terms, which all the players are supposed to read beforehand, we cannot do much about it. You read it, you don't like it, and you don't play. Do you know what I mean? That is how they do it, I reckon.
The main thing is that you have managed it, and hopefully soon you will receive the money. Please let us know; we'll wait for the good news.
