The casino strategy is not a smart one on their end. Every one will just leave after all this nonsense.


You make money by having long loyal players and allowing the RTP do the work. Trying to make money by delaying players payouts is only hoping they reverse it and lose it back. Which is a short term gain.

On August 4th, all three of my withdrawal requests were cancelled without any explanation!

I contacted the online support and received this message:

How am I supposed to avoid putting spaces in the card number when the system automatically inserts a space every four digits? As for the name—they are asking me not to include a space there either—they clearly don’t even know that the first and last name are entered in separate fields!

All the card details were correct, and it’s the same card I used to make my deposit. I can assure you it works perfectly fine!

I received completely different instructions from their online support than what they wrote to me in email.

At this point, the mockery has reached a whole new level!


This is just another trick by Ybets Casino to delay the withdrawal of money I rightfully won—even now, after you've supposedly completed the verification process on my account!

it seems to me the cashout process takes 4 months. That seems to be the going time frame that everyone is reporting


I am getting close to 2 months and they have just started asking for documents. I suspect there will be more issues until it reaches 4 months.


I offered my ID weeks ago to move the process and they told me the casino doesnt require ID.


Now suddenly the other day they want documents including a selfie holding ID in front of computer with their website open.


So I submitted them today.


I suspect it will take 2 more months from here.


Im happy to see casinoguru lower their rating..and also this Ybets has recently experienced a dramatic drop in its Safety Index rating due to recent instances of unreceived or significantly delayed payment. Also, the review says max cashout is $2000 a day. It is not. it is whatever they decide. I have $2500 USD and they said I am only allowed to cashout $1000 once and awhile so whatever that means.

I went to the casino to see if they removed restrictions. Nope.


Emailed them and told them to pay me Im sick of this.


20 minutes later they disabled their website and told me sorry website has been broken and we couldnt verify your documents.


Guess what? The documents were sent to them A WEEK AGO.


This casino is now playing really wild games. Like really wild. Disabling their casino after I complain and then directly lying to me about documents.


lol crazy how this casino is rated at 7.4.


You guys need to send them one final warning and then just black list them if they dont pay people. This is gone too far now. Now they arent even delaying they are using really disturbing tactics.
