Has anyone besides myself noticed a change in not only Hospitality all around from customer service and concierge people playing in and online but the whole atmosphere of casinos have changed online and brick and mortar? I feel it's kind of sad, like the energy while talking to people online or in the casino isn't how it should be. It's not that exciting happynes, when you believe anything could happen in the air feeling! Today is your day! Call me silly, but I do believe that it matters how you feel when gambling, whether it's online or not. I feel like your attitude has a lot to do with it and the people's attitudes and energy around you or that are helping you. What do you think?

So my birthday recently passed, and I'm more disappointed than I was last year. Of the few casinos online that gave me bonuses last year, about two out of those gave me a bonus this year. And I'm the same loyal person I've always been. In fact, I had one sweepstakes casino write me back after I had contacted them, and explain to me that they really didn't do an actual birthday bonus anymore but were going to give me a birthday surprise, but they didn't! I watched my email as they told me to, and nothing, so I wrote in again, and they told me that they do not do that and sorry I was informed wrong and then continued to give me a list of ways to get free play or how to deposit or this or that! So like I don't know after playing for over 5 years. I was very disappointed, very, very disappointed, as this is one of my favorite casinos. I had one Casino tell me I was a day too late because it was past midnight and they were going to give me my birthday bonus, and I deposited there all the time for years. I couldn't believe it. I'll never go back. I only have a few I really play and Trust I've been very loyal. What do you guys think.? There are actually 3 casinos out of the 7 I play that gave me Birthday bonuses! How do you guys feel about this issue or does it even matter?

This is an interesting topics, really. Thank you for bringing it up and I really like to see other people's opinion or feeling described regarding all this.

I feel like everything is changing around us, though. Sometimes it is good and sometimes we don't approve it. The same is in the online world. Don't you think so?

Our aim is to bring a fair play into all this and we really hope that it can be achieved. This is the goal of our team, and that is why we really believe that also good casinos with good hospitality can be found.

We'll wait for others to comment on this topic.

I surely can understand your sadness, especially if you were used to this bonuses.

Unfortunately, we can't do much about it, as it is totally up to each casino if and when and to whom they will offer some bonus.🤷‍♀️
