This is my first time on Kinbet to request money, I requested in 30th May, now its 13th June. They didnt ask to verify myself yet.


I read some comments here, most of players are get them money between 15-20 calendar day.


This is very bad I think, however the best finish is getting our money, but this is very unfair. They try to wait i think, because they wish that maybe you will lose the money on your balance which is stille there , because you cant pay out all of them , just in very littlw peaces, because of the "V.I.P. level" . You can increase yout vip status with PLAYING ACTIVITY .

Vip levels goes from vip lvl 1 to vip lvl 5.

in every month they will check how many active hours you have or how active you are. And if you reach higher level your withdrawel limit will increase.

now of course im lvl 1. That means my withdrawel limit is 400EUR/24h BUT you can have only 3 active requests. So if you want to withdraw 1.200€ you must have to wait 3 days just for the request. They tells 1-3 days to send the money but as i see everyone has to wait 16-20 days.


They try to wait because maybe you will play more and loose your money. This is very dangerous , you can not handle it. Everyone who plays has a gambler attitude, and if you want to play with responsibility you can not because you are stressed about your money which is still not arrived. It makes anger and you can say easily . Okey it doesnt matter they wont send my money so lets play.


i have to controll myself very strongly to not play the money on my balance. Its very hard. But if I want this money it will took months. So i hope it will arrive next week.

On weekend they does not work, so the closest possible transaction is monday.
