I haven't been playing that much there, I made a withdraw request and then saw it, talked to the support about the withdraw, they are saying there is a maintenance going and withdraws take more time and after talking about the wrong address they told me to write them later, thats from yesterday so i will write them now and be back. I have every document (ID, driving license, etc.) so i hope we can work this out
Just talked to the support, kind lady helped me with the address changing, I don't see it on my profile but I was told that there is nothing to worry about, the department will check this and it will be updated soon, so I wait
