Hi All,

Update from me - I got paid my withdrawal yesterday (104 eur). Today would’ve marked 14 days since my withdrawal request.


Apparently it was approved on Wednesday and sent yesterday which was recieved a few hours later.


Wanted to post the resolution to my experience with this site as it looks like the do pay out but just with massive delays.

Este tipo de casinos debería ser denunciados en investigados como es posible que traten así a la gente uno entra a jugar pensando que son son legales y tal y cuando bas a hacer retiros ya no contestan ni nada pipipipipi estafados parce qe estamos

Deverian intervenir dado el número de quejas qe tiene este sitio envié toda la documentación que piden y no un solo mensaje de respuesta no aviso. Eso debería intervenir y advertir a a los usuarios qe no inviertan su dinero acá ya qe por mucho que ganen quizá nunca vean sus retiros este casino parece fraude

Aver si de verdad quieren ayudar deverian contactar con este casino aver porqe no contestan los mensajes y hacer qe aunque sea nos devuelvan lo depositado ya qe lo ganado no quieren pagar esto se debería tomar como estafa . Pensé qe este gurú estaba para ayudar pero por lo qe se ve paresiersaqe también están de parte de estos casinos fraudulentos ya qe viendo tantas quejas malas sobre esto piden qe pase 15 días para qe supuestamente recién intenten intervenir ya no se sabe en verdad a quien acudir

What about you try not to accuse us and file a complaint? Because I don't see any from your side to this casino, actually. 🤷‍♀️

We are able to intervene only through a complaint, and yes, we give casinos 14 days to proceed with the withdrawals because before this timeframe we are unable to intervene, not because we don't want to help, but because it is in our guidelines and we deal with every case this way.

No está este casino acá en gurú para poner la queja ya ven qe hay muchas quejas de este casino porqe no consultan aver qe les dice ya qe no responden ningun correo este casino es llama Gambiva. no responden ningún correo ayuda!!!

Have you had any luck with getting your withdrawal? I sent my documents last Friday and I haven’t had anything back yet. I have a large balance and starting to worry it’s not going to be withdrawable 😣

Hi Megan,


I recieved my withdrawal 13 days after my initial request. I had a email chain with the complaint/support/KYC team as they where incredibly poor with updates so I thought I would persistently email all three.

I recieved the KYC update a week after documents where sent.
