Problemas de retiro de PlayID (página 4)

Me pregunto cuántos jugadores estarán pasando por lo mismo pero no han encontrado este hilo del foro.

¿Participas en algún grupo de chat o has visto a gente en la misma situación que lo comenta en otros sitios? Me da curiosidad saber cómo está la situación, porque es bastante absurda.

There are some similar reports of delayed payouts or transactions remaining in "pending" status for longer periods, but it is difficult to get a complete picture as many cases are not publicly documented.

I also described my case on platforms like Trustpilot and Reddit to see if other affected individuals would come forward.

In connection with my Trustpilot review, I was also informed that it had been reported by the provider and was to be investigated, which makes the situation even more remarkable.

However, it is currently difficult to estimate how many users are actually affected, as many probably do not share such situations publicly.

I will continue to document the process and observe whether similar cases arise.

Teilweise gibt es ähnliche Berichte über verzögerte Auszahlungen bzw. länger im Status „pending" verbleibende Transaktionen, wobei es schwierig ist, sich ein vollständiges Bild zu machen, da viele Fälle nicht weiter öffentlich dokumentiert werden.

Ich habe meinen Fall unter anderem auch auf Plattformen wie Trustpilot und Reddit geschildert, um zu sehen, ob sich weitere Betroffene melden.

Im Zusammenhang mit meiner Trustpilot-Bewertung wurde ich zudem darüber informiert, dass diese vom Anbieter gemeldet wurde und überprüft werden soll, was die Situation zusätzlich bemerkenswert macht.

Bislang ist es jedoch schwer einzuschätzen, wie viele Nutzer tatsächlich betroffen sind, da viele solche Situationen vermutlich nicht öffentlich teilen.

In addition to my previous message, I've noticed another point:

After submitting my withdrawal request, all previously available rewards and bonus offers were no longer displayed. Since then, I have not received any new bonus offers.

I cannot judge whether this is related to the outstanding payment, but I find it striking in this temporal context.

I wanted to add this information to present the process as completely as possible.

Ergänzend zu meiner vorherigen Nachricht ist mir noch ein weiterer Punkt aufgefallen:

Mit dem Auszahlungsantrag wurden alle zuvor verfügbaren Prämien bzw. Bonusangebote nicht mehr angezeigt. Seitdem habe ich auch keine neuen Bonusangebote mehr erhalten.

Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob dies im Zusammenhang mit der ausstehenden Auszahlung steht, finde es jedoch in diesem zeitlichen Zusammenhang auffällig.

Ich wollte diese Information noch ergänzen, um den Ablauf möglichst vollständig darzustellen.
