I see from time to time, that the official reason for the delay is some further investigation done by e.g. risk team. Well, under this term they can prolong the withdrawal very efficiently I'd say. It's common that if you want or need to use a different payment method for the withdrawal e.g. Visa card, you must deposit some small amount by this card in order to validate this payment method. And it all takes some time.
