Hi, I'm sorry if this situation has arisen. But we are not able to help with affiliate relationships, which I will mention right at the beginning. I've read the whole situation, and when you say that the man was entitled to $5.5 million, have he thought about taking this case to court somewhere? If it's that much money, I'd probably go for it.

Hypothetically - if a partnership on any casino were to run afoul and the terms of the contract are ambiguous then what is the proper way to bring arbitations?

Hmm, I would probably ask a lawyer about such matters. I cannot decide on deals between players and casinos, and it would certainly be good to have someone who knows what they are talking about and, above all, is familiar with the subject. So if you had a problem like this, I would try to find someone on the internet who deals with such contracts and contact them, which would be a good thing to do.

Do you think you'll try it?

I think legal recourse is best saved for last ditch effort in civil proceedings with international business contract disputes. Service of one party to another can take 13 months sometimes, effectively making it quite impossible procedurally especially if one party intentionally makes this process service difficult.

However, there is a quite effective and cheap alternative to civil summons. That is a Criminal Summons. And yes, normally when these low-IQ lobotomites engage in tortious interference with ones livlihood in negligent or malicious ways, one can easily assume their actions dont stop at disgusting business ethics, and often overlap into criminal ones. There's no better way to disrupt operations than with properly placed and well articulated narrative backed up with blockchain evidence to persuade any lawman that this chicken is ripe. I like to combine this with a peppering of correspondence to financial, technology, and business sources and their journalists just for an added and well deserved personal .,i.. *.* ..i,.

I dont want to mispeak the facts of the matter, but let me quote a highly regarded source for gambling criminal matters from the great state of Arizona:

The following unlicensed operators have been issued cease-and-desist orders:

● Event Wagering Sportsbook:

○ ReBet

● Peer-to-Peer Exchange:

○ Novig

● Raffles:

○ Dallas Safari Club

○ Fanthem

● Sweepstakes:

○ Stake.US

● Offers Multiple Types:

○ BettorEdge

○ High 5

The active operations of these companies and online websites in Arizona are alleged to be felony criminal enterprises, and each operator has been directed to desist from any future illegal gambling operations or activities of any type in Arizona. Due to the unregulated and illegal online gaming offerings on these sites, operators are claimed to be in violation of Arizona gaming laws, including:

1. Promotion of Gambling (Felony) -- A.R.S. § 13-3303.

2. Illegal Control of an Enterprise (Felony) -- A.R.S. § 13-2312.

3. Money Laundering (Felony) -- A.R.S. § 13-2317.

Each aforementioned operator has been directed to immediately cease all online (or other) gambling operations and activities in Arizona and take the necessary steps to immediately prevent and exclude Arizona residents and visitors from gambling on their websites.

So there's zero confusion here about what a criminal is & looks like.

If you think this is your last chance, or if you're leaving it as a final option, then I understand. If you have other ways of trying to resolve the situation, then I'd like to know when something starts to move forward. Unfortunately, I can't offer any help, and even though I'm sorry, that's the way it is.

I see that you have researched various things, so the more information you have and the better prepared you are, the higher your chances of success might be.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you on this journey.

You are quite familiar with the struggles I have faced. Though what you don't see is any of the accused coming here to defend their actions. I think it is very clear why. Rather than enjoying the $7,000,000 from commissions that I have worked so very hard to earn, instead I have spent nights in freezing weather without shelter or warmth. I have been subjected to routine violence for simply lacking basic necessities like a perimeter or door to lock and keep my belongings safe. I can't store or cook food either for a large span of time throughout this experience, which has translated to me losing a large amount of my weight even though I am already a skinny person now its very noticable from even two years ago when I had my last ID photo taken. It makes me sick and angry, and I cant pay any attorneys this is the whole thing that is so fucked about this. Of course these casinos know this and of course they take advantage of it every single chance they get. They should be lined up on the streets and executed in public by a firing squad in my opinion.

Hello, perhaps you are already familiar with the GPWA affiliate website. I would like to mention it here because that's a forum dedicated to affiliate activities so perhaps you would find some sort of support there. Of course, this support isn't limited to just you.

https://www.gpwa.org/forum/

I'm sorry you have to face such obstacles in your life. Is there a way to call some free public services in? Could you contact the Ombudsman or someone similar? I noticed that some have tried, though I can't recall any concrete outcome...

Well, I hope you feels better soon!
