I try to make a complaint case/tickets here but wouldn't go through.


10/7/2024 I file a 700 reedem


They said 5 to 10 days and we're past day 10. They blocked haven't requested any infmation and when I ask what is going on or if they need anything I get told sorry being process still.




I just had a successful reddem sept 4th that required w9 and all that. 2000 usd.


That's why I'm saying they have my stuff on file

I do feel like they making fun of me because they keep asking for the same information over and over again and I keep sending it to them either they stupid or I am all I want is for them to do is send me my redemption that they be holding for all most two months I paid my money and they took it off my card and I won now they should pay me. Yes I like to summitfile a screenshot of my winning and any other documents y'all may want and I sent in everything sweepslots casino ask for and I sent it in order are close to it they didn't have no problem giving me my 300 hundreds dollars I really hope y'all can help me. Thank you
