has anyone had issue receiving there withdrawal from wewin99aus.com I withdraw $687 from them on the 30th they told me funds where transfered via payid upon checking nothing and still nothing.. and they avoid the question when asked about it and supply me with contact details that do not work to contact there financial department

I know the complaint team will take action after the first 14 full days are up, but I have a strong feeling you would rather have some information sooner.

That's not what I would call good support at all. For now, we have to focus on getting in touch with anyone from the casino, so your complaint will be assigned to a specialist. I really hope he will manage to do so, and thus soon we come across some concrete insights, at least. 🤞🤞

not looking good sadly 🙁 I got a reply from complaints specialist asking if I had received my withdrawal then another asking if I passed verification 🙁 just sux

Yes, our team needs to know everything necessary to communicate with the casino. I'm curious to see how this all turns out, but I think your complaint will soon be traced to a colleague who will contact the casino. We'll see if they respond. Nothing new from them regarding your withdrawal ? 🙁

hey Jaro hopefully and nothing new from them full stop since about the 9th of may it's unrea. now If I go on to there chat and say hey without logging in i get a response. as soon as I put my username they completly ignore me 🙁

I understand your frustration with not being treated well, and that's definitely not how a casino should behave towards its players. 

Therefore, we will have to be patient and hopefully the casino will respond when they are asked to do so. 😕

Well, I see that the casino still has some time to respond and I am curious how they are going to handle it. But I'm not very positive in that sense. 

As far as Mirka is concerned, as you wrote in your complaint, it will be necessary to be patient and wait, nothing more will be possible for you for the time being. When she needs something from you, she will certainly let you know, but for now it's mainly about the casino since we have already asked you what we needed to know.😕

She is trying her best to sort it out, so you need not worry. But I see that the casino doesn't really want to go into it and they haven't responded yet. Hopefully that will change and they will provide us with their position.
