Para empezar habría que presentar una denuncia ante la policía explicar al banco lo que ha pasado y si se niegan ir con un abogado , él ya sabrá lo que tiene que decir, pero los bancos tienen el deber de diligencia , normalmente llegan a un acuerdo antes de ir a juicio , porque saben que ante un juez es difícil que ganen y si pierden ya crean un precedente…

You could do all that yourself without a lawyer. And it wouldn't be your bank you'd be taking, it would be the merchant on the statement.

Banks are not legally obligated to raise chargebacks, its a voluntary scheme. But they do have a duty of care to act in fairness to all customers.

Given the amount of transactions to various merchants, it could be easy for a bank to prove claimant knew exactly what they were doing.

Lawyer might only tell you any of this after you have paid them.

Yo he recuperado bastante con Mastercard , aunque sea juego , si se plantea bien hay opciones .


pero hay que ser sincero , los bancos no son tontos , y entiendo que da rabia que no inicien los contracargos , pero una persona no autoriza 10-15 operaciones y no recibe nada … es sospechoso y ahí empieza el problema

No banks aren't stupid, and collectively they would have a list of each and every merchant on this thread from start to end. Some would even know who they are. Some would even be a part of it and getting paid. If you mention gambling with mastercard, it is up to your bank to raise or not, 95% time they will not as mastercard rules tell them not to. Mastercard also getting paid out of it.

el banco está obligado si das un motivo válido , y ahí entra el abogado.


tu ves fácil que el banco pueda demostrar eso , pero que pruebas tiene el banco ? Un juez no mira si apostaste o no , sino si el banco actuó correctamente ante tu petición, sino ves y pregunta a un abogado .

If anyone has experience of getting a refund directly from Kryptonium after a few back and forths then I’d pay to see the emails (if I was to also secure a refund). Clearly wouldn’t be quoting your name, purely using the same successful angles of attack.

No I was with hsbc because it was for a lot

of money - I ended up using a Curacao well known no win no fee lawyer - and he won me 65 percent back minus his percentage of 20 percent - it was with Santeda casinos - this was Dec 2024

I got refunded by them ages ago and it was such an easy process. I reckon they are playing hard ball now because they have had so many requests
