Below are just some of the issues:
(1) Deceptive practices with regards to withdrawal terms and policies.
-I have a pending complaint against Jackbit with the Curaçao eGaming (the entity that licenses them) because Jackbit fraudulently rejected my request to withdraw $7,608 I won playing roulette. They did this after my withdrawal limits had been increased to $10,000 per week / $20,000 per month, and I had received assurance from their own support agent that I could withdraw on that certain date.
-Jackbit Casino has withdrawal terms that are extremely misleading and difficult for players to understand. Furthermore, their support agents either don't know how to calculate withdrawal amounts and timeframes or purposely mislead players. It appears as if Jackbit's goal is to delay players from withdrawing. Many casinos do this so players will play and lose the money in their balance. On one recent Sunday, I asked three separate support agents (via live chat) when I could withdraw funds and they all gave different answers. The following Monday, I chatted with a fourth (but knowledgeable) support agent, who properly explained the withdrawal terms.
-The problem is Jackbit Casino will often reject your withdrawal attempts and cite incorrect interpretations of the withdrawal policy to justify it. What can a player do if a casino misrepresents that you can't withdraw your funds?
(2) Incompetent customer support.
-As referenced above with regards to withdrawals, the majority of Jackbit support agents can't be trusted to give accurate information. They always step away to get guidance from the "relevant team" but still provide erroneous information. On a recent live chat the support agent told me to email support and provided an email address for a total different casino. When I noted the discrepancy, she apologized and said that she provides support for several different casinos. This may explain why support agents have a difficult time providing accurate information for questions specifically about Jackbit.
(3) Roulette games that often cheat and clearly do not exhibit the characteristics of using actual random number generators.
-The manufacturer of the particular roulette game I play has a poor reputation in online gaming circles.
-Jackbit uses roulette games that have no shame in making it clear that the results do not come from legitimate random numbers generators. After thousands of hours playing computerized roulette, it is quite obvious that the games are unfair to players. It is unclear whether the manufacturer configures the games in this way or if Jackbit is able to control the games and tweak results when they choose to.
-Jackbit roulette games produce results that cannot be replicated in live casinos because the results are manipulated. The casino will let you win bet after bet at low amounts, but the moment you make a high bet, you will lose. Their software learns your betting strategy and after some time, will produce results that are opposite of your betting strategy. There is no way a legit random number generator is in use.
(4) Use of illegitimate tactics like constant error/malfunctions screens during gameplay to frustrate players and prevent smooth and uninterrupted gameplay.
-On July 2, 2023, I attempted to play roulette with my $7,500 bankroll. I was weary that Jackbit and the roulette game would increase their manipulation of the results. The manipulation was definitely increased but on top of that, within a matter of 2 to 3 hours, I experienced close to 15 error/malfunctions when placing a bet. These malfunctions caused the game to reset and I often lost the amount of my bet. The purpose of this was to interrupt me from getting into any kind of flow with my bets and to frustrate me. Casinos already have a huge edge on table games. It is extremely disappointing that they resort to interjecting these error/malfunction screens to make matters even worse for players.
(5) Respond very slowly or not at all to player issues and complaints, unless player leaves casino negative feedback online.
-If you email Jackbit support, you are lucky to receive a response. Jackbit has refunded me over $500 for gameplay errors/malfunctions. However, on every occasion these refunds were refused or delayed, until I left negative feedback for them online or filed a complaint.
-Jackbit is only concerned about maintaining its reputation so new players will sign up. They only show any respect or regard for players if you leave feedback that could damage them.
Jackbit Casino is 100% not recommended and I urge players to avoid it at all costs.
