my account was closed MONTHS ago and I’m still getting emails, then when I block an email I still get more. Leave me alone. This is after a large amount of emails just trying to close my account.
You don’t win on here either it’s just a terrible and bad user experience all around.

Very strange casino that I hardly use - I received an email to let me know my account was closed due to multiple chargebacks. I haven’t deposited anything since October 2024 and haven’t received any money back nor have I asked for anything back and they couldn't they show me what they were talking about. This leads me to think they are not safe or secure with the information they collect and their accounts have been hacked/money stolen from them.

Users beware!

To add after casino response: that’s impossible as that account has been closed. I will be emailing requesting further information.

Be careful of predatory wager practices.
I do not use bonuses.
And despite my account going to below $1, and then I deposit again to keep playing, this casino argues that all non-bonus deposits are cumulative wagers. This means each time you deposit even after falling below $1 your wager then increases exponentially.

The use of the word ‘latest deposits’ in relation to wagers in their T&Cs is ambiguous, unfair and incredibly unclear and is a predatory practice.

Stay far far away. They also block your email when you try to resolve this issue.

To 21bitcasino: I stand by what I have stated, this is an unfair practice, it causes cumulative wagering, and I’ve never seen it before at any casino I’ve ever played. It’s also interesting that no support agent could tell me how much I had left to wager, just an awful casino all around.
