Lucky Creek is one of I believe 4 casinos owned by the same venture. They are predatory and manipulative. I received an email from them EVERY DAY saying I had promotional content and to log in to collect. Each time i logged in they said I had already claimed. I asked them to please stop sending me new emails claiming I have promotions if they aren't real. Then I received physical mail that said "Merry Christmas. Log in to accept our special gift to you". When I logged in they said "you have already claimed this". When I talked to them they said "these are just reminders". The offers are not worded as reminders and they go out every day. I had never redeemed from them, and they treat me like I am stealing from them. Predatory and dishonest marketing techniques forced me to cancel all of my accounts. Save yourself from this nonsense.
