TERRIBLE! Stay away! Beginning of 2022 I Won $5,000 clean deposit, verified my identity successfully, stated I would receive my winnings within 48 hours and the next day they closed my account and didn't even tell me why. I had to contact customer support to inquire about my withdrawal, and they said they are not paying me under their terms for "reservation of right " They did not provide a specific reason for just cause. I called customer service via phone, and a lady told me that they tried to deposit my withdrawal but my bank rejected it. BS! My bank had no record of such a transaction. Casino Guru tried to step in when I filed a complaint, but they never responded. Passive regulator. BLACK POINTS. Seeing how the BAD customer review responses on Guru out numbered all the other ratings I am perplexed as to why Guru rates them as above average in trust index. Doesn't make sense DONT PLAY HERE NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEY WONT PAY

casino was well aware of my compulsive gambling problem in 2022. Invested thousands of dollars and only able to cashout a couple times, win/loss ratio is bad, and because of my ocd and compulsive impulses to keep playing. I asked them to close my account permanently and block my ip address from accessing their casino. They delayed closing my account while in the meantime emails back and forth offering me account reviews and bonuses. I refused reopened account with just a request to chat with no questions asked. Ended up closing it again after again disclosing gambling issues , self excluded, but was able to reopen again with no questions asked. Set a limit, was able to deposit over limit 2x, and while they investigated as to why that was allowed, they just offered a free chip and apologized, as of course it reeled me in, and was still able to deposit over limit until they put it in place. Was able to raise my set limit unlimited amount of times in same gambling session losing hundreds, and then recently thousands in a period of less that 48 hours. Expressed my mental health issues in chat, and email clarifying it was hard for me to stop due to OCD and gambling impulses they were already aware of. They completely disregarded my cry for help, and just offered vip chips, which were all sucked up quick with no chance to win. No offer to lower my supposed limit, no intervention while depositing $100 consecutively without stopping until over $6,000 was gone. was upset and requested a partial refund and exclusion again, was denied and was offered a free chip, which i refused devistated from what I just done when reality hit, and account closure was prolonged and not confirmed until after I filed a dispute with Casino Guru. This casino does not care about problem gamblers with mental disorders, nor do they have the ability to acknowledge the signs, behaviors, and extent of losses accumulated by problem gamblers, fail to intervene when problem gamblers request for self exclusion by fulfilling the request, and failed to operate a casino with integrity to protect vulnerable individuals that have compulsive gambling and mental health disorders, only to gain pure profit off of compulsive gambling addicts . Not only are they supposed to intervene when there is activity within their casino that red flags addictive gambling and profound and continuous loss from an individual, they are definitely supposed to more closely monitor a gambler at their casino that they are already aware of has disclosed their gambling addictions and mental health issues and failed miserably as they did not monitor at all, not even temporarily disable my account. They proudly refused even a PARTIAL refund , and have took thousands and I mean Several thousands from me over the past few years . They should have self excluded me in 2022 when I initially asked for it . Snakes in the grass and neglecting accountability for not properly handling my demands to protect me and self exclude STAY AWAY
