After i submitted a withdrawal i got a reply that i was engaged in free risk bet strategy which i do not know what that is . I play roulette , 2 dozens . low risk low profit .
They asked me to refer to the terms and conditions which does not state anything about this issue .
I play roulette since 10 years ago and this has never happened . They only want customers who lose their money , if you win and even a little they make up an excuse and remove the profit from the account with no evidence or proof , just an email stating that they did their own investigation . BS casino .
I only asked to withdraw 30000 Ubtc which is around 850$ and i had a profit of $2000 , what a way to maneuver from giving away my profit, must be a very small casino with no cashflow
