Si el TJUE revoca las sentencias, nuestras sentencias también serán juzgadas de forma contraria y los OC exigirán la devolución de todos los honorarios y pagos legales realizados. Sería una pena que las PKF fueran insolventes en ese momento o ya (para mayor seguridad), porque entonces tendríamos que asumir todos los costos.
Así que tengan cuidado, no existe ninguna demanda sin riesgo. Las PKF no se mencionan en las sentencias porque ustedes mismos son demandantes.

It would be a shame if the PKFs were insolvent then or already (to be on the safe side), because then we would have to bear the entire costs ourselves!

Außer der EUGH kippt es und es gibt Rückforderungen, was zu erwarten ist. Versichert ist wahrscheinlich keiner und die Insolvenzen PKFs fein raus. So die Info meines Anwalts 👍 also das kann massiv nach hinten los gehen…..
