Hi there. So today I've managed to get 280€ on this casino and I placed withdraw request (1-2 hours ago) on skrill and wasnt done yet. Before I placed request thru Skrill but for Credit Card. I was using my GF card since I have some debts on my main CC and I was told that my account will probably be blocked in the furture if I don't follow their TOS, and that the final decision its gonna be from Admins. I was just wondering how likely its gonna be that my account is gonna be blocked because of this? I really don't want my account to be disabled and losing all the money.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear about your case, but it's a pretty common case that casinos deal with. Most of the time, the process is following: They void all the winnings, return deposits and block the account permanently.

Casinos really don't like it when players use payment methods that are registered to someone else in their casino. It's simply because the person could contact the casino later and claim they didn't approve the deposit and the card was stolen. In that case, the bank could request the money back, which would be a loss for the casino.

I want to withdraw to my girlfriends card but I didn't as soon as I found out that they can ban me for this. So instead of waiting for them to release funds I deleted request.

Also just to let you know, this card is under her name and signature and mine, so we can use both.

I see what you mean now. Hm...honestly, casinos don't like it either, but mostly, it's possible to use it when you have a good evidence from the bank confirming the account belongs to you as well. If you're just someone who can use it, then it's up to the casino, but in other cases, the owners of the account can be 2 different people. So just to clarify the situation - how did you deposit in the casino? Was it your card, your name?

It was my paysafecard under my name. I have an account on paysafe with my social number and everything.

In this case, I'd assume that the canceled withdrawal you made with your GF's card may alert the casino and it may also cause some sort of further verification or investigation. I would be prepared for this.

Have you received any updates regarding the withdrawal you submitted through Skrill yet? I know it has been just a few days, so I'm just asking.

Nothing happened. Its been 2 days since I started with KYC and all they keep saying is wait.. like wtf.

I still think that you should wait. Honestly, there is nothing else you can do at the moment, passing the KYC is necessary 🙁.

Ice Casino should have lower rating max 3/10.

This Casino is not user friendly especially in case of processing KYC and withdrawals which are most important factors at online casinos.

Hello,

I agree with the importance of both, on the other side, all submitted complaints have been resolved so far, so the casino is responsive. Though I understand, that because of the recent troubles with payouts and prolonged KYCs, players are not actually pretty happy.

Hello there!

What is this about, please? I'd guess a delayed payment issue - am I close? 🤔
