Hi,

I've looked online but can't find a third party to assist in getting my money back from Astropay, so im hoping to get some advice here.


On the 22nd of July i deposited BTC ($300 worth) to my casino account using Astropay.

I got an email verifying that my transaction had been confirmed on the blockchain and withdrawal from my wallet was successful.


Hours later Astropay sent notice that my btc transaction was 'under review'.


I was asked to provide the wallet ID and amount un BTC for verification before they would release payment.

After sending the info and waiting (3 days later) i was informed that the wallet ID is invalid and to check and send again.


I don't understand how it can be invalid - ive deposit and received payouts to that wallet many times.


This went back and forth until i told them to refund it to a new wallet i set up.

They said,

'We will forward this information to the responsible department, we will reply when we get an update. '


I haven't heard anything else from them despite inquiring multiple times why its taking so long with no response.


What's making me more frustrated is upon checking the transaction on the block chain, the address my btc were deposited into have been spent!


Can anyone give me advice on what to do to get my money back please?

Hi, I'd like to start by saying that I'm sorry you've found yourself in a similar situation. However, I noticed that you have already managed to file a complaint and it is about OhMySpins casino, right ?

I find it quite strange when you say that the transaction was confirmed and you had a successful withdrawal from your wallet. Have you ever had a similar problem at this casino ? Was it your first deposit or have you ever had a successful deposit in a casino regarding this particular payment method? 

Additionally, I have a feeling that we have no other option but to wait for the casino to come up with new information as to why this situation occurred. It would certainly be helpful if you progressively add the information that the casino gives you, both here and in your complaint

Do you think it will be possible to update us ? 

Fingers crossed and I hope that this case will be resolved smoothly and your funds will eventually be credited to your account.

Im very confused, i don't understand what you're saying.



This complaint is about Astropay failing to forward my deposit to my casino account and no it was not oh my spins, its myempire casino.


The crypto came from my kucoin account to astropay hence it was a successful withdrawal from my kucoin wallet.


This was the first time i used astropay to deposit crypto, past successful deposits were with credit card.


This issue im facing isn't caused by the casino i don't think, although i selected a deposit method at casino, the issue is with astropay who held my bitcoins for review then said they would return it to original wallet it came from but then claimed my wallet id was invalid which is impossible. Also the btc sent to them has been spent

Yeah, sure. In the context of your situation regarding Astropay, I would like to ask if it still persists. Since it is a problem on the payment provider's side as you describe, the best thing to do is to stay in contact with them and ask what stage the review is at, which I think you are definitely doing.

Anyway, I find it strange when you say that the btc was spent and your ID is invalid. 

I'm hoping to hear from someone who might be able to help with their experience. 

If you learn anything new, we'd be glad if you'd share it with us here on the forum, as other players will be able to see what problem you're dealing with, and maybe they'll come across a solution if they see that you've managed to solve it. 

I sincerely hope your situation will have a happy ending.

Yes it describes your case quite clearly. However, since you have a problem with the payment provider, it is still best to keep in touch with them and inform yourself about the whole situation. 

We will also be sure to receive any new information that reaches you, but for now we can wait and see where this all goes. 

I hope that you will be able to resolve everything in the near future.
