Have you had a casino that you've been making deposits and withdrawals off of for 3/4 months out of the blue make you verify your account again. And them say your verification is #1 priority to them ?? And you still don't have your withdrawls processed 2 days later?? Well I've spent 10 hrs on chat sending documents after document. Not lying I've sent them over 50 documents with them saying yesterday at 630pm the last one I needed was proof of payment cards so I sent it and then got blocked from chat with them as my anxiety and stress got the best of me and I told them what I thought about their casino.

Well thats what I'm going through with stay casino right now.just got an update. They're still working on it ans I'm #1 priority still and they will let me know. Lol

Sorry you have to go thru this kind of situation. Is this related to your complaint, am I right? It is nothing unusual, that a casino needs to do some additional verification. Of course, I can understand that it would be preferable, if they say exactly what documents need to be checked and in which format, or what is the issue with the documents you have already provided. The best way, though, is always fully cooperate with the casino, in order to get the verification done. Have you had any updates from them, yet? Please keep us informed, whenever there is something new.
