Hello there.


Im having problems with Rolletto online casino.

I won a small amount of money which was deposited with my visa card. When i went to withdraw there was no option to withdraw to visa. Little odd, but support says the function is down. Alright, might be true.

So i tried to withdraw with Skrill, but apparently Skrill is blocked in the Uk according to them ( its not, obviously)

Anyone had any problems with them? i havent found anything bad really with reviews. So im just a little concerned.

I haven't heard about any problems with them. We just had problems here on our forum, because they were constantly sending people to write here fake reviews that portrayed the casino as the best one in the world. Very odd and suspicious behaviour.

You can probably ask them to suggest you another withdrawal method. It sounds very odd that you wouldn't be able to withdraw back to VISA, since these issues are more likely known for Mastercard, but I've recently heard about issues with VISA that some players had with one particular PC game subscription.

They suggested ETH or BTC. So I’ve requested withdraw to my ETH wallet. Let’s see how it goes.

Same here. They keep saying they can't withdraw to Skrill but they haven't explained to me why. I've tried Neteller too but that won't work either.

I emailed them to close the initial account and they emailed back to confirm and stated to continue using my new one.

They now won’t let me withdraw €3000 of my winnings as they say it’s a duplicate account! They approved it in writing. They really do not like losing a penny so beware!!

They say they are "investigating" at the moment. I will update here with any changes but so far would stay clear of them!!

If you have a proof supporting what you claim - the confirmation allowing you to use the new account, then I believe you should get your winnings, because you played with their approval.

Please see attached. I advised them so they closed the previous account, leaving the other open for continued use. They were made fully aware by me. If there was a problem they should have closed both accounts when I Informed them. I


Instead they allowed me to deposit after the first account closed as discussed. I continued betting into the next day and i continued playing. It was not until I then decided to withdraw that they decided to find an issue. Even though they already knew (as per emails)! They say they are now investigating and will let me know but in the meantime they have blocked my account. I will keep you updated if/when they will decide to inform me!

I am having troubles withdrawing with Rolletto. When my withdrawal got rejected through SEPA it got rejected then I tried Swift and it keeps getting rejected on the spot. Then a few minutes later my account doesn't seem to work properly and when I try to login again it got rejected? It seems really suspicious on why it is doing that. I have emailed them but no response. I've got all the related screenshots of transactions, my ID etc.


Is there anyone here that managed to withdraw money through them from the UK?

have you already passed KYC (Know Your Customer - account verification process), please?

If you have not, it may be the reason why you can't withdraw and why your account has been blocked.

Tengo un problema con ellos, al principio revisé la cuenta como de costumbre, hice un monto e intenté retirar vía pix, no pude, me dijeron que solo podía hacerlo vía btc, eth, ok hice el procedimiento y retirado, ahora intenté un segundo retiro porque mi saldo era alto me negaron nuevamente para pix y dijeron que sería posible para btc o eth nuevamente hice el procedimiento, me negaron y me pidieron que enviara una foto con papel escrito mi inicio de sesión , nombre completo, fecha y nombre del sitio, lo hice, me respondieron que estaba bien la verificación, intenté retirarme nuevamente, nuevamente negaron el retiro de la forma en que eligieron que lo hiciera, dijeron que necesitaba enviar un video diciendo en ingles mi nombre, nombre de la empresa, fecha e inicio de sesión, lo hice y lo envié lo negaron nuevamente, ahora estoy esperando el contacto por correo electrónico, estoy seguro de que pidieron alguna verificación más, la peor casa que he tenido usado hasta la fecha!
