i am absolutely appalled and shocked by the racism and discrimination used by the worker Cornelius at BitKingz casino

. I am going to take this to the highest level.


as a indigenous First Nations person from Australia we have faced hundreds of years of discrimination and racism and to have a worker of a casino I am paying to help keep running I am disgusted on the highest level


me I would ask anyone who plays there or considering playing there to boycot this casino and show them exactly how they should be treated after this.


I tried multiple times to resolve this issue with the manager in life chat and I was continually denied this. I then had workers try and cover this up and have workers, Try and justify that the Worker didn’t mean to offend when he used racism multiple occupations that I have proof of.

how dare you think you can pick what is and isn’t racist to another persons culture

If I may add to your post, I really don't think that the person from live chat said anything bad. After reading the messages on those screenshots, I would say that he actually was saying that he is not from an English-speaking country, and his English is not that good like yours when you are from an English-speaking country.🤷‍♀️

If you ever encounter something like this, you should try to speak to the manager of a casino and try to solve it, I would say.

try and speak to a manger to resolve it!!!!


I spent 2 hrs I live chat requesting over and over and over and over and over to speak to a manger and my request to speak to one was manipulated and hidden and I was refused to speak to one based on lies and covering up from the live chat staff, I was continuously sent to another chat person who said there is no way to be transferred to a manager and no manger working



I have been using online casino for over five years I know exactly that one is available and can be transferred to one, yet I was continually denied that

because they knew what they done and didn’t want me to speak to one



again I am disgusted and shocked that that casino had done that, and I am even as shocked that this review page has taken there back and tried to justify and come up with excuses for them.

Your honest opinion is like every humans back side, everyone has one but that doesn’t take away the fact it was racist it Is discrimination and those words have impacted me on a level you won’t ever understand and you want to know what??


because your opinion and your justification of those actions don’t affect you or your culture


i am shocked this review site has taken it upon themselves to defend the casino and not at any point put there own views and lack of understanding for someone else’s culture aside, and respect that what was said may not offend you!!!! But it is something another culture finds extremely and I mean extremely disrespectful

How can it be solved when I was refused to speak to anyone and when I come here as I warned the casino I would if I can’t resolve it with a manager you guys now not allow a review to be posted and then go further to justify and have excuses for them



you have failed me and my culture you have also failed all customers here on this page to be informed of this who have had racist closed minded raised humans think it’s ok to do this


you then become apart of the problem and a reason this continues to happen in life.

I didn’t want you to resolve anything not what so ever


this site is to inform others that use online casinos exactly the culture, actions and lack of respect other casinos cause and do to customers but I am starting to think this review page does there best to hide this information for what ever reason from those that need to seek it.


this can be for many reason they hide this information from customers and not allow ten to see it 💰
