What about the IP confirmation you mentioned in the complaint? You said "And im now in portugal I logged in" Do you perhaps travel abroad a lot, please? It seems the residency may be related to the IP check.

I travel every 2/3 months(work) , but they said to me to log in and go to the live chat saying saying that im already in Portugal

and i sent my bank statement that is registered in my home adress (portugal) but they cancel all the time

I think this is it. The casino already told you the VPN was not allowed. The way I see it, you should have consulted using the VPN before you did that. I fear the casino will explain that to you.
