What about creating another complaint? I'm sorry, I can't recall whether you still have some money there. If you do, however, I would not hesitate.

No Ma'am. Like I said, I depleted those w/d balances and blacklisted that Casino like MONTHS ago. It was one of the first to get blacklisted

I clearly remember this situation when you said you weren't coming back. I don't think sending some promotions will help either. Is there no way to ban these messages, or not to receive them ?

HA!!! NOPE. I have gone to the site. UN-Subscribed from ALL emails/texts etc. I have gone to Live chat and told them unsubscribe me and I even block them from my email. However Id just like to say in case anyone else has noticed this too, maybe it will help....marking and Blocking ALL these Casinos from my email has NOW caused Google/Microsoft to literally ban my outgoing mail and puts ALL of them in my drafts folder. I looked this reason up and it says that its likely because I have sent WAY too many emails to spam...blah blah blah...and thats likely the reason why this email address is "corrupt" .

I have to go to ALL Casinos I have not blacklisted and request to change my associated email with them. As you can imagine this is quite tedious and AWFUL. LOTS of Live Chats!!

I have only done 1 so far...its so tedious.

Hmm, I have never encountered such a case before, to tell you the truth. Of course I have never tried it and I have not filtered emails to spam in any high number. 

So this is new to me and quite strange. I'm sure it's going to be quite a hassle to write everywhere now and explain what happened, but apparently you don't have any other option. 

However, if you change your mail at the casinos that are okay for you, at least you will avoid spam from the others. So at least there is a small positive side to it. 🙂

hi I had same problem with bug candy.

I initially started with a deposit bonus, got winnings up to 7000, I had to plat through about 3500 byx before I could look at withdrawing anything.

luck has it that I lost most of it. ended up with 1800 I could with draw. I applied to withdraw the funds and they declined it. said I had mixed funds. apparently wen I deposited with tge bonus coupon I still had a few bux left on my account at the time. because that was still in my account wen I added the new deposit they count it as being money ftom mixed finds and therefore paid me nothing. just removes all my winnings left me 30 bux to play with. I got nothing out of my winnings. dodgy buggers.

royal reels were great to play on. I didn't even need to verify my id and stuff. just went on. deposited, won. , applied for withdrawal of winnings and had 800 in my account the next day. .

next time I won, I applied to withdraw 200, was un my account in 2 hours. give em a go. they great

Hi, I guess it probably doesn't help if the casino has decided not to respond and keeps sending you the same replies. I saw that you also had an unresolved complaint with them and quite a bit of money that they should have paid you. Too bad the casino is not licensed and there is no authority to turn to. I think that this will be a warning finger to avoid such casinos and rather play in the ones that are licensed, because there would be always someone to contact.

I'm sorry that nothing has been resolved, but I think you've learned your lesson. 😥
