DEPOSIÉ $200 DÓLARES EN MI CUENTA GANÉ $800 LUEGO RETIRÉ LO DICHO QUE ESTABAN PROCESANDO TARDAN HASTA 5 HORAS BIEN, NO HAY DINERO DESPUÉS DE 24 HORAS, ASÍ QUE ENVIÉ UN MENSAJE RECIBIÉ LA RESPUESTA DICIENDO ESPERA, SE CONTACTARÁN CONMIGO AÚN NADIE TIENE CONTINÚO CON EL MENSAJE RECIBO LOS MISMOS MENSAJES UNA Y OTRA VEZ, ASÍ QUE DIJE QUE NO PUEDO JUGAR MIENTRAS EL RETIRO HABÍA FINALIZADO, ASÍ QUE SI NO PUEDO PAGARME LO VUELVO A MI CUENTA PARA QUE PUEDA JUGAR SÓLO PARA VER QUE PASA DENTRO DE 1 HORA, EL DINERO ESTABA DE NUEVO EN MI CUENTA ENTONCES RECIBÍ UN MENSAJE QUE DECÍA $800 VOLVÍ A TU CUENTA EN ESE MENSAJE ESTÁ ADJUNTO EN AZUL CUANDO LO GOLPEÉ APARECÍA CON LOS DETALLES DE ALGUIEN MÁS Y APARENTE GANARON Y RETIRARON $21.50 BIEN, COMENZÉ A JUGAR CON LOS $800 QUE BAJÉ A $140 Luego lo recuperé hasta $ 802, así que presioné RETIRAR. HE ESTADO PIDIENDO QUE MIS GANANCIAS SE PROCESEN DURANTE 5-6 DÍAS AHORA TENGO TOMAS DE ESCENAS PARA DEMOSTRAR, ASÍ QUE CREO QUE ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA.

Es demasiado pronto para seguir adelante con la queja, lo que sé que probablemente sea una mala noticia. Me temo que tendremos que aceptar que, al menos durante los últimos 14 días completos, le toca al casino encargarse de esto.
Han pasado algunos días, si mi memoria no me falla, desde la solicitud de retiro. Esperemos que estén trabajando en eso. No hay mucho que podamos hacer directamente en este momento.

It is far too early to push the complaint further, which I know is probably a piece of bad news. I'm afraid that we will have to accept that, at least for the final 14 full days, it's the casino's turn to handle this.
It has been a few days, if my memory serves me correctly, since the withdrawal request. Let's just hope they are working on that. There is not much we can do directly right now.
