Thanks and I'll wait for the update, anyway, if they were blacklisted in your country for slow withdrawals and such, do you think it's worth collecting high amounts here? Although on the other hand, it might be good to think about what the high amounts are. Maybe I would try to avoid that and if the smaller ones are paid earlier, I would go for that style.

Look my friend....today I reached 1600 euros. I still want 100, that is 1700 and I'm stopping. Tomorrow I will have finished my game and I will make my first big withdrawal. Well, I just finished my game and as I told you at 1700 stop. A little while ago I made my first withdrawal of 500 euros....since this is the maximum daily. Logically, on Tuesday and Wednesday they will cancel it and ask for my identification. and from there the party will begin.

I started having the same problems. They approved 3 withdrawals for a total of 1500 euros and when I asked why I still had to take money, they started making the same excuses. I filed a complaint here on the page. They are still unsolved with me.

When you request a withdrawal via pix in any casino, you enter your pix key and CPF... At Infinity you have to enter the Pix account ID and CPF.

Estou desde o dia 22 de fevereiro com meu dinheiro preso no Casino Infinity. Eu depositei R$120,00 e joguei por horas.. solicitei o saque de R$451,00... Esperei as 72 horas e eles cancelaram e o dinheiro voltou para a conta de jogo. Depois tentei sacar esse valor dividido em 2 saques... Também não consegui. Ontem eu aproveitei que o dinheiro estava na minha conta e joguei mais... Agora estou com R$ 1000 e não consigo sacar.

O atendimento é péssimo, tanto no chat , quanto pelo e-mail do suporte.

Quando solicitamos saque via pix em qualquer cassino , informamos a chave pix e o CPF... No Infinity tem que informar a ID da conta Pix e CPF.

Alguém sabe me dizer se a ID da conta Pix é o mesmo que a chave pix?

Eu preferia ter perdido do que ficar com meu dinheiro preso no Casino.

Alguém aqui já passou por isso no Infinity?
