Cryptoreels Casino has not pay me for a tournament wining is only 100 dollars American but I’m so surprised everything was working well for a while with them until now I read the "small and limited" T&C and there is no reason to hold my winnings there are not in my account yet after 6 hours that the tournament ended…


at this point I’m just paranoid maybe but I don’t have a good feeling…

they told me on the chat that they are having a software update andas well first they say it may take up to 2 days to contact me via email "with my winnings"

they have been very polite but I was so frustrated anyways cuz I’m so afraid because of the very first comment the first agent I talked said something like: "let me check if there is no a limit on the payouts for this"

i was like: uh? What do you mean?? Limit of payouts??

then she never mentioned that again, but that scared the crap out of me!! Lol!!!

now this issue got worse, they have double-paid me cuz the system added automatically the win Just recently after the manager had added manually the founds, I email him letting him know that, but the complication is that I was just playing my tournament and buying add ons without noticing I was using the overpayment money I used less than 10 dollars because I should’ve have at least 100 more right but I only have 90-something left and I was confused because actually I should’ve have near nothing or nothing at all left, so I checked the history and yes, I confirmed, I have been pay double almost at the end of my current (running) tournament playing time.

sorry I didn’t updated you again earlier , all good now !! I called the casino on the phone and explained, they fixed the problem! Right away and I even got prized with extra 25 dollars for my troubles they deducted most of the money but didn’t take the whole 100 dollars they left 25 in my account to play with and they just said "carry on".. keep playing..hehe!
